Clinical Hypnotherapy & Holistic Health Practitioner

Sonya is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Complementary Medicine Practitioner with 20 years experience. She trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and qualified in 2002. Continuing her training she was one of the first hypnobirthing practitioners in the country, going on to hold training for midwives across the country - her work with mums to be was featured in national press.

Sonya has continued to study and train in complementary therapies to enable her to offer a holistic approach to natural healthcare, she is fully qualified and insured and has completed Covid protocol training to ensure safety of clients whilst working in their homes.
